Cooke Aromatics Pty. Limited was established by Peter Cooke in August 1987. It is an Australian-owned company, specialising in the supply of high-quality ingredients for the Food, Beverage, Cosmetic, Flavour and Fragrance industries.
Cooke Aromatics represent a wide variety of highly-regarded European and U.S. manufacturers as their sole Australian agents. Our quality management systems, coupled with contract warehousing, ensure optimum quality and service for even the most demanding of customer requirements.
In addition, new suppliers and products are continually being sought and assessed for possible inclusion in our range in the future. Many of the products in our range are available ex-stock, Sydney. Others are able to be imported promptly, or as required by our clients.
Cooke Aromatics Pty. Limited is represented in New Zealand through a sole agency arrangement with Robert Importers Ltd. Auckland. Clients with manufacturing facilities in New Zealand are, therefore, able to source many of the products (that are available from us in Australia) through Robert Importers. |

Trevor Collins became Managing Director in January 2007 and has extensive experience in the Australian and New Zealand Food Industries. Trevor has held senior management positions with International Companies, working with Research & Development, Operational and Sales/Marketing responsibilities.
Our Technical Manager, Robyne Coutts and Customer Service Team, Angie Stephenson and Jean Hyman provide efficient professional support to all our Customers, so as to assist with the best possible solution to all our Customers' needs.
